Number of occupants:
If the number of occupants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract, the campsite manager reserves the right, without prior agreement, to terminate the contract and no refunds will be issued.
A baby is considered a full participant and must be counted. No minor will be allowed to stay without a parent or legal guardian.
Groups and family gatherings are not accepted. The accommodations are exclusively for individual guests: any reservation of more than 6 persons or more than 2 accommodations or pitches (by the same person or different persons who know each other) for the same dates is considered a group and will be refused.
Deposits:
A deposit of €250 will be required on arrival to cover any damage to the rental. A second deposit of €150 will be requested for possible cleaning fees.
We only accept deposits by cheque or credit card imprint.
All formalities, including deposits, are due before the keys are handed over. A detailed inventory is available in each rental; you must check its accuracy and report any missing or damaged items to reception within 24 hours of arrival. An inspection will be conducted after departure without your presence, and deposits will be returned after deduction of any cleaning fees (€150) and/or the value of missing or damaged items.
Note: The deposit does not limit the tenant’s liability.
Cancellation policy:
All cancellations must be notified by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by email.
In case of cancellation of the stay, whatever the reason (illness, accident, or unforeseen event), no refund or postponement of the stay is possible.
Cancellation insurance:
We recommend subscribing to the cancellation insurance offered at the time of booking at 5% of the stay. It allows reimbursement in case of cancellation (see the general conditions of cancellation insurance).
Late arrival or early departure:
In case of late arrival or interruption of stay, whatever the cause, the full amount of the stay will be retained.
In case of delay or change without written notice, the rental or pitch may be made available for booking from 3:00 pm the day after the scheduled arrival, and the full cost of the stay will be retained (phone messages are not accepted).
Obligations:
– Guests must comply with the campsite rules (posted at the entrance and available at reception), especially regarding noise, visitors, waste sorting, and cleanliness. The management may terminate the stay immediately without compensation in case of non-compliance, infractions, incivility, or any act disrupting the campsite’s harmony.
– All visitors must register at reception and pay entrance fees. Unregistered visitors will be charged to the host.
– Swimming from the campsite beach is unsupervised and at users’ own risk.
– Wearing a bracelet is mandatory within the campsite for security.
– Charging electric or hybrid vehicles from the campsite (mobile home, campsite box, sanitary plug…) is strictly prohibited due to fire risk.
– Animals are prohibited in rentals. They are allowed on pitches but must never be left alone, must be kept on a leash, and monitored at all times. Vaccination records must be up to date. Access to the campsite beach is prohibited.
