Booking deposits:

Your booking will be secured as soon as we receive your deposit.

– For camping pitches: 25% of the total price of the stay at the time of booking

– for mobile-homes: 25% of total price of the stay at the time of booking

Reservation fees: 15 € for the camping pitches, 15 € for mobile-homes, to be paid at time of reservation.

Payment of the stay:

Once we have accepted your booking and received your deposit, we will send you a booking confirmation by email.

The balance of your stay must be paid according to the following conditions:

For camping pitches: upon arrival at the campsite.

For mobile-homes: maximum 30 days before the planned date of arrival.

CAUTION: if we have not received your payment after this time limit, we will unfortunately be forced to cancel your booking.

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations must be notified to the campsite by letter or by email. If you have not taken out the cancellation insurance, no payment you have already made can be refunded in case you cancel your stay.

Cancellation insurance:

We recommend taking out the cancellation insurance in order to be refunded in case an unfortunate event forces you to cancel your stay. The cancellation insurance is optional and must be payed at the time of booking, in addition to the deposit for your stay.

Delay of arrival or interruption of the stay:

Any delay of arrival or interruption of the stay for whatever reason will not give the holidaymaker any right to a refund. Without written notice from you to notify the campsite of your delayed arrival, your pitch will be made available 24 hours after the planned date of arrival.


The holidaymaker must follow the rules of the campsite (available at the reception or by email on demand) including rules about noise, visitors, waste sorting, driving inside the campsite, using the car park etc.

Number of occupants: if the number of occupants exceeds the capacity stated in the contract, the campsite manager has the right, without any prior notice, to break the contract or demand an extra charge.

Security deposit:

A 250 € deposit will be asked to cover possible damage of the accommodation. Another deposit of 100 € will be asked to cover possible cleaning fees after your departure.

All check-in formalities, including deposits, are required before handing you the keys of the accommodation. A detailed inventory list is available in each accomodation and must be checked by the holidaymaker upon arrival. Missing or damaged items must be notified at the reception desk within 24 hours after your arrival.

An inventory will be carried out after your departure and the deposits will be returned to you, after deduction of any cleaning costs (100 €) and / or the value of the missing or damaged equipment.

NB: the holidaymaker’s liability is not limited to the amount of the security deposit..
